Repair service

Each piece is carefully handcrafted to ensure long-lasting jewellery. Due to the delicate nature of hand-strung pieces, extra care is recommended. Every piece includes a 1-year warranty with one complimentary repair service for up to 1 year after the date of purchase.

Please note that this repair service only covers loose knots and snapped stringing.

The warranty does not cover lost items, tarnished metal polishing, resizing, or general scratches and nicks. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for items covered under our warranty guarantee. Ribla Studio will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.

After one year from your purchase date, repairs will cost £10 plus shipping.
