Returns

If you wish to return something, please contact us in the form including the following information.

• The order number, as shown on your confirmation email

• Your email address, as shown on your confirmation email

• The reason for the return

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. To be returned, it has to be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please make sure the items are returned in original packaging and ensure it is packaged securely so that there is no damage during transit. 

As a small company, we are unfortunately unable to cover shipping costs at this time.
